My experience in construction management allows me to determine exactly what the property needs and what that will cost you before you even start writing an offer. My property development experience will help landlords in determining who your target client is, how to renovate the property to protect your investment in the long run and what to expect in terms of financial performance. My goal is to help you feel knowledgeable and confident throughout the entire real estate process.
Construction Management
My decade-plus of construction experience spans both residential and commercial properties. I’m a skilled manager of historic preservation, renovation and new construction projects, and am well-versed in coordinating with architects and sub-contractors and value-engineering for landlords and commercial property owners. I have also successfully represented clients in front of the City of Buffalo’s Common Council, Preservation Board and Zoning Board.
Property Development & Management
I have extensive property development experience ranging from individual property owners to commercial developers. Many of those projects begin with finding a property that has potential — from there, I analyze its potential based on how much the renovation will cost, how much income it can generate after the renovation is complete and to which clients it should be marketed. Post-renovation, I will handle day-to-day management on behalf of the client.
